Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Your numbers and my numbers don't match. Why?
99.99% of the times the reported number is an exact match. This example (based on 11/10/2009 results) shows this example. Yahoo Results. It is stated as 40 results but following the links there are only 16, or less than 2 pages. We report what they report so some judgement will need to be applied. If the report says 9,816 don't expect 7. Likewise, if the report states under 100 and you feel this is a great term with great potential, investigate. Most times, this report is accurate within a few percentage points.
  2. Why email me later? Just let me see the report right now!
We appreciate your business. Please appreciate we are running up to 1,000 search term queries for you as fast as we can. We could have created this to show you a small hour glass turning over and over for 15 minutes but decided to serve your order when it was done and not require you to watch the stove while it cooks.
  3. Why did my report have an asterisks (*) vs. a real number? I thought that's what I was paying for!
That's a valid question and thank you. Any term with more than 1 million results in any field is tough to optimize for. Yahoo report 31.5 billion results for the keyword term "and". The people ranked here didn't "try" to be ranked for this term. Yahoo Results If you included generic terms that would result in millions and billions of results you will need to review the sample pages and your SEO practices again please.
  4. I bought this last week and got 200 terms reviewed. 180 were all zeros so I added them to my five page web site but I don't see anything ranking yet. How come?
Keyword Niche Tools is not responsible for your implementation of the results. Furthermore, your question contains the answers. If you had read the free "classroom on a page" with your purchase you would have seen we advise (along with the vast majority of the SEO community) to optimize your web pages for one and maybe two keyword terms only. Though it's possible to rank for more, your goal should be one per page. Lastly, "I bought this last week...." We cannot diagnose your specific issue, but nearly 100 terms per page might be the problem. We might suggest seeking out professional help. These speciality tools may not be the right option.
  5. I want my money back!
Nice try. I filled up my gas tank and took a lousy drive to the city so I went back to the gas station and asked for my money back, too. Sorry for the no refund policy, but we delivered what we said we would. In the rare case if you were never able to view the reports (we verify all login and downloads automatically) then you would be entitled to a refund. We will work within reason to make sure you are satisfied with the results but offer no guarantee on individual results.
  6. Did someone else buy my list?
Your keyword list is as unique as you are. We do not store lists (or credit card data) so we can't call someone and tell them, "Hey, this person has a great list!" There are millions of keyword niche terms waiting to be discovered, we just hope we were able to help you quickly find yours. Then we know you'll be back.
  7. Will you make a list for me for $54.95?
No. You know your business better than we do. There are hundreds of tools that generate lists and professionals weed the list down to manageable tasks, all which we do daily but not for $54.95. If you need help in developing an organic niche keyword list, yes, we can help but the price may be steep. $995.00 will get you a one-time list of 200 terms, verified through KeywordNicheTools.com. All terms are guaranteed to be under a rank of 100 for either optimized, title or URL parameters. Email today with your web site address and we will verify the work.
